Rizhao Lanshan Yongsheng Rubber&Plastic Co.,Ltd,establieshed in 1986.The enterprise has over eight million Yuan fixed assets and 160 employees among which 20 are professional technicist,covering an area of 6000 square meters.It is a high-tech enterprise specialized in R&D,production,processing and mating of rubber and palstic products with complete production,mechanical and inspection equipment.There are over 30 sets of major equipments,including 6 injection molding machines,20 vulcanizing machines,2 rubber refining machines and 2 rubber and palsticextruding machines,Testing equipment including Heat aging test chamber,Rubber fatigue cracking test machine,Rubber elasticity tester,rubber shore hardness tester and so on. Products of our enterprise are widely used in such industries as instrument,home appliance,agricultural machinery,automobile ship,pipeline,petroleum,chemical industry,spinning and building materials industry.Currently,we mainly mates with such automobile manufacturers such as Fukuda,Wuzheng,and JAC,Ceramic packing industry such as Champion Group,Dongpeng,Asaceramic and so on. The enterprise has established a design and developent center,metering inspection center,physical and chemical laboratories and manufacturing center.It has first passed ISO9001:2008 International Quality System Certification and TS16949:2009 Quality Management System Certification among enterprises of the same trade and strictly implemented the quality standard verification and self-checking speciafied by the certification system.
